A Partner from First Sketch to Final Seal
Great windows and doors aren't just purchased — they're specified, fitted, and finished with care. At Lumina, every project benefits from the same level of attention, whether it's one replacement window on a quiet street or a full custom build on the coast. We don't hand you a catalog and wish you luck. We stay with you until the project is complete.
How a Project Comes Together
If you purchased through Lumina but another contractor installed your products, you'd work with your GC first to pin down whether it's an installation or product issue. If it turns out to be a product issue, Lumina steps back in as your point of contact to navigate the warranty with the manufacturer.
-
We start by understanding the project, not just the opening. On-site or in our showroom, we walk through options with homeowners, or sit down with builders and architects to align on plans, specs, and budget from day one.
-
A clear, detailed quote, so there's no guessing on products, finishes, or glass packages before you commit.
-
Once you give the go-ahead, we place the order and keep you posted on lead times.
-
Our team can handle the entire install start to finish, or train your crew and provide oversight. Either way, it's done to spec.
-
Lumina remains your main point of contact for any service or warranty needs going forward if we installed your windows and doors.
Built Around How You Work
Builders get a local rep who knows their way around a plan set, project pricing, and your schedule.
Architects & Designers get technical support straight from drawings to samples.
Homeowners get a consultative approach through product selection — someone walking through the big picture with them, from first idea to final install.
More Than the Install
Beyond getting the product in the opening, we offer turnkey installation for a fully managed project, installer training for crews who want to self-perform, installation documentation to protect your warranty, and long-term warranty support — so you're never left chasing down who's responsible.
Note: Sales and shipping cover all of North and South Carolina. Installation, servicing, and warranty work are available in specific coastal and regional areas — see Service Areas for details.
