Meet the Team

Drew Sheaffer

Founder & Owner

Brings 20 years of home building and construction experience to Lumina. After graduating with a degree in construction management from East Carolina University, Drew worked in production building with Dan Ryan Builders and Brock Built in Charleston, SC, before moving into custom home building in Wilmington, NC. That work surfaced a gap in the market: premium window and door brands customers wanted but couldn't source locally. In 2025, Lumina was born.

Petra Sheaffer

Owner

Keeps the business side of Lumina running. After 20 years in corporate America, Petra is trading it in for small business, bringing her experience to daily operations, finances, and marketing.

Robert Herring

Servicing & Warranty Manager

Brings 20+ years of home building and window and door experience to Lumina. Robert handles in-field measurements, owns jobsite delivery, and provides service and warranty support after installation.

Jimmy Toth

Operations Manager

Guides customers through product consultation, manages quoting with both the customer and manufacturer, and oversees ordering and delivery once a project is underway.
